Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Montessori Lower Elementary Directress to join our dedicated
team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging learning
environment for students aged 6 to 9.

Responsibilities:
• Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum for Lower Elementary students.
• Foster a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages independent thinking
and collaboration.
• Create and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and open line of communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:
• Montessori Lower Elementary MACTE Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Montessori Directress at the Lower Elementary level.
• Strong understanding of child development and the Montessori method.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
