Role Descriptions
This is a full-time on-site Casa Assistant and a maternity leave Toddler Assistant role located in Guelph, ON. The Casa Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Casa Teacher in daily tasks and activities, helping with the implementation of the Montessori curriculum, and providing support to students in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Montessori environment
• Knowledge of Montessori principles and practices
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Patience and empathy in working with young children
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Police reference check in good standing
• Early Childhood Education diploma or related field is beneficial
