Casa Guide

Are you passionate about guiding young minds and fostering a love of learning? Kaban Montessori School is seeking a dedicated Casa Guide to join our dynamic team.

Founded in 2002, our beautiful, CCMA-accredited school serves students from Infants through Grade 6. At Kaban Montessori, we pride ourselves on our supportive, caring environment, strong parent community, and well-established classrooms. Our Guides play a vital role, working closely with administration and colleagues to create an inspiring educational experience.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications: A Casa diploma from a MACTE or AMI accredited institution is required.
• Experience: Teaching experience is preferred, but passion and dedication are essential.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A love for challenging, guiding, and inspiring children is a must.
• Team Player: We value initiative, collaboration, and a willingness to contribute to the school’s success beyond the classroom.

Requirements:
• Experience in a Montessori environment (an asset)
• Infant/Child First Aid & CPR certification
• Criminal Reference/Vulnerable Sector Check
• Up-to-date immunizations
