Finding Your Top Three: Guiding Priorities to Simplify Decision-Making and Bring Alignment to Your School
September 19, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Complimentary for CCMA Members
Speaker: Dana Sproule, Life and Leadership Coach
- Do you have a million plates spinning and no idea how to make it stop?
- Are you stuck in a people-pleasing pattern?
- Do you find yourself just reacting in the moment, rather than choosing your response?
- One of the most challenging parts of leadership is deciding what to give your time and attention to.
There are always competing demands. There are last-minute, unexpected issues. There are so many options and they all seem good. But what you choose to spend time on will shape both who you become, and what kind of school you lead.
In this workshop, participants will learn how guiding priorities can help bring peace and clarity to the complex task of running a school. They will have the opportunity to discern three guiding priorities for this season of their work. And they will be able to practice making decisions and plans, using their priorities to guide them. As Montessori Administrators put this material into practice, the result will be simplified decision-making and alignment within the school.
Registration is required, please click here to register. You will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the meeting after you’ve registered.
